    @W4n7ed
    Are you retarded? How about actually reading the blog post that sent you here?
    It explains why there isn’t a registration page at the moment in great detail.

    @madocter

    Thanks for the help, but our script is fairly safe. It’s the web server which has been “hacked”. We are currently working on securing it properly.

    Have you tried this already?

    If this doesn’t help there might indeed be a problem with our system folder files.
    Please try the suggested solution and report back.

    @vlobeshnik:
    I appreciate your help, but please don’t make a new post every 2 minutes. I’ve merged them for you now.

    @Alkien
    and @Rinem:
    Could you please keep that donation discussion to yourself guys? Battle it out ingame, through PMs or in the spam section. I just don’t want it in this thread.

    Still very possible. Assume it was the monster derby. It might run fine if nobody bets, but crash the server if somebody decides to play. I’ll take a look at the logs later. A timed event that allows user interaction.

    Frankly, I don’t care about that kind of stuff too much. It’s not gonna break the game if some high grade armor gives you the wrong bonuses. And in the vast majority of cases these things are easily fixed. We can still do this when the server is live. Sure, we’d all prefer this to be done before the server goes live, but if we can’t find this stuff in time it’s not the end of the world either.

    At this time I’m much more interested in major bugs. E.g. repeatable server or client crashes, inaccessible areas, missing crucial NPCs and the like. When that’s all sorted out we can move on to the pesky little bugs.

    And don’t delude yourself that we can balance the game out perfectly before we go live. This is super hard and requires a lot of time and first hand experience. It’s impossibly to do a priori. We’ll continue to gather your opinions on overpowered classes and skills and ultimately try to get the balance right.

    03:32 GMT+2 – first reported crash
    18:52 GMT+2 – 3d:15h:30m
    18.00 GMT+2 – 23h:08m
    18.30 GMT+2 – 30m
    19.00 GMT+2 – 30m

    Notice how it’s always happening at full hour or half past. I’m pretty sure by now it’s some repeating timed event. I’m not too familiar with this game to be honest, as I’ve never played it much, so I need your help here. Can you guys think of something ingame that’s updated/changed every 30 minutes?

    Maybe the sky? Or are all uncollected dropped items cleaned at the same time?

    Guys, just move on. Don’t feed the troll. This guy came here looking for a fight. All he wants is your attention. Now he has it. That said, don’t worry too much. Our server and website are pretty safe. Most certainly too safe for some random script kid.

    Where did you expect to find it? On the front page in big red letters? Haha. I think your profile page is the obvious choice when it comes to account related stuff.

    For the site it’s pretty obvious. Click your username in the WordPress bar and scroll all the way down. There is a link to delete your profile.
    The control panel currently has no option to login and make changes to your account. If I find the time I might actually look into this.

    Play fair or don’t play at all. That’s all I have to say.

    If I find the time, I’ll try to make the site more cell phone friendly.

    Maybe that’s the problem. You might be missing an older version of some DirectX library.
    Try installing http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=34429
    It will only add missing files, so your newer DirectX install will remain intact.

    Most likely the same as this: http://l2oldskool.org/forums/topic/i-need-help/page/2/#post-376
    Make sure you’ve installed recent versions of DirectX and your graphics drivers.

    Moved this topic as it doesn’t really have anything to do with Devianne.

    Press enter twice to start a new paragraph.
