Item Description:
A scroll of enchantment that safely enchants an S Grade weapon up to +15.
It means it safely enchants a weapon until +15, and then it unsafely enchants it. So, blessed scrolls work with a 100% rate until +15, and then with the default rates. There’s no point in using a Blessed Enchant after +15.
The one thing I hated in L2x was the spammable mana potions – which we had here at the beginning in 2009 (the ones that instantly restore mana). We implemented this kind of mana potion to prevent people from spamming mana pots, otherwise mana is useless.
We buffed Body to Mind a bit, so we might give Mana Regeneration (Spellsinger active skill) a small boost as well, but other than that I don’t think Mana Potions need more changes.

Thanks for reporting. I searched all bows with Quick Recovery SA and some of them indeed didn’t have correct reuse delay. Fixed all of them, should work fine after next restart!
The following bows are the now fixed:
- Elemental Bow – Quick Recovery (C Grade)
- Soul Bow – Quick Recovery (A Grade)
- Shining Bow – Quick Recovery (S Grade)
The rest of the bows with Quick Recovery SA worked fine:
- Crystallized Ice Bow – Quick Recovery (C Grade)
- Bow of Peril – Quick Recovery (B Grade)
- Carnage Bow – Quick Recovery (A Grade)
AA is bugged, I think you are only able to trade/deposit around 50,000 every time. Try smaller/larger amounts and see for yourself (try 1 AA to make sure it works, then try 10, 100, 1000, 10000 etc. and see where it stops). It’s the same when you try to trade AA with someone else (if you try to trade a lot it won’t get added). I am not sure why this is happening but I will take a look.
Follow-up on Mass Slow:
My fix does not work properly (thanks Alkien for noticing). The skill will be re-worked (re-re-worked?) to the same way as Overlord debuff skills.
Decrease Weight Buff no effect
It actually works, adds extra weight ability (3000, 6000, 9000).
Vitalize dont heal bleeding
Vitalize only healed up to Poison/Bleed level 7. Now fixed to heal up to Level 9 Bleed/Poison.
Found another bugged skill: Mass Slow (necromancer)
1 – It should eat away caster’s HP when used, but it does not.
2 – It should only work on mobs around the caster, but it can actually be casted from a far away like magic attack skills.
Thanks, I reworked the skill and now it only slows the area around the caster. Also fixed the HP drain.

the shield can now be purchased from Trader Alexis where you can purchase the other S grade sets. As I said on the reply just above yours, please don’t bump old topics but create new ones when you find bugs, unless they are related to the bugs in that topic!
