I just want to know, how blesses scrolls supposed to work here. I know how they work on retail, but here they are custom.
The discription says, it is safe up to +15, all clear to this point. But whats after?
After +15, they should not work, or work like normal blessed enchant scrolls (if fail, weapon wont break)?
Item Description:
A scroll of enchantment that safely enchants an S Grade weapon up to +15.
It means it safely enchants a weapon until +15, and then it unsafely enchants it. So, blessed scrolls work with a 100% rate until +15, and then with the default rates. There’s no point in using a Blessed Enchant after +15.
