It’s okay, try to avoid replying like this because it is very hard to follow.

1. The mini raids around the map are only supposed to give you a little bit of XP, and some potential drops. They are not proper raids bosses.
2. If you think some mob gives the wrong amount of XP make a report about it. Take a note of the mob name, your level and the amount of XP you got from it. Make a new thread in the Bug Report section.
3. Read the information on the Donate page. You can also check the ingame NPC for a list of rewards.

Item Description:

A scroll of enchantment that safely enchants an S Grade weapon up to +15.

It means it safely enchants a weapon until +15, and then it unsafely enchants it. So, blessed scrolls work with a 100% rate until +15, and then with the default rates. There’s no point in using a Blessed Enchant after +15.

The one thing I hated in L2x was the spammable mana potions – which we had here at the beginning in 2009 (the ones that instantly restore mana). We implemented this kind of mana potion to prevent people from spamming mana pots, otherwise mana is useless.

We buffed Body to Mind a bit, so we might give Mana Regeneration (Spellsinger active skill) a small boost as well, but other than that I don’t think Mana Potions need more changes.
