S grade Weapon

I understoud that the S grade has to be craft on this server.

So i thus wanted to know where can i find the Shining Bow Shaft 🙂

I have no idea where to get them but I know that Anakim / Lilith / Baium can drop any weapon S (expect Draconic bow that is not implented on our server :))
