How do we send a PM?

Through the forums? Click on the top left button, “L2 OldSkool C3.” Then on the left there will be some options, 4th one down or so is messages. You can send one there. Hope that is what you were asking for :s.

You need to manually fill in the recipient’s name every time (even if you click “reply”) which is annoying, but other than that what crush5 said.
Tbh I might be really idiot I just don’t see any button that do that function.
I have only “Home” Button group ^^”

The L2oldskool button is like right below your browser address line. You don’t have it? I’m using Chrome :s. Maybe it makes a difference if you’re using something else, I dunno lol.

Well I might be blind, I am using chrome annnnd nothing show like clickable beside these button
