login not working

    im unable to log in for few days now, the server status is Online but still login is not working at all, is there a way to fix login server or is it something i need to do?

    what happen when you try to login?
    Like, do you press login nothing happen?
    throw pop up “Unresolved Host” ?
    Another saying you have been disconnected?
    You pass it but stuck on server select?

    absolutly nothing, no changes to the screen at all, it behavies like when login server is down, i can press login button over and over again
