    Moved to Help & Support. I can’t read the error, but I think it says “Access Denied”. What were you doing before you got that error?

    Did you actually tried with a password?
    Does your firewall allow internet access?
    Does you Anti-virus got the Lineage II folder White listed?
    Did you run “Lineage II.exe” before trying to connect ? 🙂
