In the description it is said that Damaskus * Damascus gives the attack speed. However, according to the L2 databases there is an accuracy. What actually gives a sharpening of +4?
Since +4 skills do not work in C3 we have added all the effects since +0. So if you’ll notice Damascus * Damascus is faster than another pair of duals of the same grade from +0, since it already has increased attack speed.
Yes, there are Special Abilities with Soul Crystals, you can read about it in the Tutorials section of the Forum. It’s just the +4 effects that did not work so we decided to give them since 0 enchant.
Keep in mind that in C3 when you add a Special Ability to a weapon it will lose it’s enchant and go back to 0.
