Hello! I think the online count is rather low these days indeed.
Our discord is a better place for finding online/active players.
Hello im new on your server, but my account same to stay in “update” mode. Any idea how long it take for my account to be active?

Please don’t respond to old posts that are unrelated.
There was a problem with updating accounts for the past few weeks, I have fixed the issue and bulk updated all password resets, so your account should show as “Activated” (green status).
If there’s any more issues please create a new thread under Help & Support
