    Tattoo Resolve don`t give stat when i use strider. With strider i have 180 speed without strider i have 206 only with speed potions why ?

    Because a Strider is meant to carry more items with you. On a strider you could have 100% weight and still move.

    What Verena said, plus Strider has a fixed speed precisely because you are riding a Strider! It doesn’t matter what the player’s speed is.
