    Hey Silentz0r, Is there anything being done to get this server up and running again?

    Fresh forum? Advertising?

    None of those really, I’ve been outside of the loop with the whole advertising etc.

    I was thinking of building a new website and writing some interesting things such as WoW’s armory to see character, items etc. on the website, but I suck at promising things because I have very little time.

    The main thing I’m working on with the server is slowly finishing some ideas of mine (the loooooooong expected Hero System, Rebirth, some custom farm zones and some Boss ideas) but even those are taking me a really long time to make.

    Apart from that I’m trying to automate routine maintenance things as much as possible and doing a lot of behind-the-scenes work on dev-ops.

    So, short answer is no, I haven’t been advertising at all 🙂

    I see, It’s just to bad to see new players start out, and they reach level 50, and quit because there aren’t any other players online.

    Just a suggestion:

    Flush the forum, keep the important threads with a newer date, Update the INFO NPC ingame with more recent news than 2009.

    And start an event, for recruiting, movies, and buy a slot at hopzone/topzone for some advertising.

    I think a spike of 30-40 players would be the start of something great again.

     

    There are alot of events ingame that you could do to, to increase player interaction, such as Increased zones of items and exp. “Dragon Valley – Exp Increase 30%”

    These can be automatic if you can handle that, this will also make it seem that the server is more active than it usually is.
