General protection fault! – On connecting, the error is not in the FAQ :(

Hello everyone, im getting this error when i try to open the client. i´ve already re-installed en re-updated the client sometimes, and nothing is fixing it.

The Error:

Hello. It looks like there is a problem with your audio drivers. Do you have sound on your PC?

Yeah, im figuring out it, i´m gonna try reinstall my drivers and see whats happen. but now they are working fine

yep, the problem really is the audio drivers, i disabled it and the client open.
