We spoke on PM but I’m replying typically so that others know this:

Passwords are encrypted, I cannot give anyone their password. All I can do is (after you verify that you own an account) to tell you which email address you used so that you can change your password yourself. I don’t do that a lot though.

Please check the 3rd tab on the main menu. You need to create a password for your game account which is different from your website account.
