    I can’t for the life of me understand where to get the Proof of determination in order to raise clan to level 4. Now I haven’t played L2 for a long time and my memory is fuzzy and no amount of googling seems to yield any result. Is it a donation lottery thing only?

    You need to do the quests for can level 4 and 5.

    Ah ok, the one that starts in Giran I guess, I’ll take a look.
