That simple I need someone to test a fix I am currently trying to write.
A fix that would fix your Alt+tab error.
So here the requirement :

Skype
Windows seven 64x
Windows seven 32bits
Windows vista 64x
Windows vista 32bits

you have skype and any of this windows?

PS: Don’t ask if you are on windows 8/8.1 I already got it working there without trouble.
