In Gludin’s Onyx Hall there are 2 sets of doors, opposite to each other. Are you sure that if you select “Open Doors” neither of these doors open? It might sound weird, but when you are outside click “Open Doors” and then run on the other side of the clan hall to check if the doors have opened. Like on the map below:
